One more good way to burn fat is to put your body into carbohydrates restrict State.let’s elaborate it. we are consuming fat because it has 9 g of calories in it so by eating fat we can consume a lot of calories before going further let’s first discuss the calories in fat protein and carbohydrates in fat there is 9 cal in a gram of fat and protein have 4 cal in 1 g and carbohydrates also follows the same values as protein do.
Okay so now let’s get back to that keto diet as discussed above we have to eat huge amount of fat because we need to complete those calories from a good source of protein and most of it will be saturated for example peanuts,nuts,Olive oil these fats will not be harmful and won't make you fat because these are saturated and saturated fat is very important for a healthy brain and in some study it has been seen that people who go on a keto diet feel's good and a relaxed mind. now will talk about protein is important because it will preserve your muscles break down also it will give you some good amount of calories which will help you to function
And then we have to put a little amount of carbohydrate it all depends upon person to person so if a person is massive if he has a huge amount of muscles then he can eat 50 g of carbohydrate but if he or she is the skinny guy or he or she don’t have much of muscle than the values will be somewhere about 25 to 30 g so you have to play your cards right in order to burn fat with this diet.
