EAT A HIGH-PROTEIN BEDTIME MEAL In English we all know that we build muscle when we go to bed which will be 7-8 hour straight sleep plus we don't go to bed straight after dinner there is always a gap of 1 hour and after we wake up we don't eat straight after we wake up there is always a gap of 30 minutes so total time is almost 8 - 10 hour which can we changes for a person to person. in between those 8 - 10 hours our body grows at its peak limit because we go to deep sleep our body release growth hormone which is responsible for muscle growth  But the thing that kills all the process is lack of protein. logic is very simple our body needs protein in order to repair muscle tissue and when we eat protein maximum it helps our body for max 2-3 hours then it's gone.  So what about rest of that 4-6 hours muscle building hour??? many bodybuilding takes 1-2 scoops of slow digesting protein (casein protein) which stay in your body for more than 6 hours and it is slow
